Delivery:
A shipping estimate will be generated once you have added all items to your shopping cart and verified that your shipping address, suburb, and postcode are correct. All shipping rates are displayed in New Zealand dollars. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Pickup:
We also provide Free Pickup (Click & Collect) service, while an appointment is highly recommended (due to the high demand, the same-day pick-up is not available, please book your pickup with the customer support team in advance. Thanks for your understanding).
Our team members will contact you when your items are ready for pick up.
You can also arrange the third party to pick up orders on your behalf. The person picking up the order needs to have your invoice number and acquire your authority. A pre-arrangement and confirmation are required prior to pick-up.
Pre-order:
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you have two options:
Single Delivery (Default): Wait to receive all items in one shipment, with only one delivery fee applied.
Split Delivery: Receive the in-stock items first and the pre-order items later. Note: You need to contact customer service, and may be asked to pay an additional delivery fee if the shipping paid does not cover both deliveries.
Please choose products carefully before making the purchase since refunds are NOT normally given if you change your mind or make the wrong purchase selection.
I got the Modena queen....Typical kit set furniture....takes forever, instructions suck and I never got the parts page...but looking at the down load of the parts pages...it isn't very 'instructional'...I used the wrong screws for the head board...I used the long ones instead of the medium ones and blew through the formica but it's repairable...maybe a clearer parts list would be advisable...other than that....with the extra 15% discount for their birthday...it's a bloody good frame for the price...it turned out solid....don't know what it will be like in a year or so, but as of today....I'm satisfied.
Needed a bed to stage our house when selling but it's actually really comfortable so we will use for sure. The bed frame is fantastic value for money and the pick up process was easy, with two nice staff members helping me load it in the back of my car. 5 stars.
Bed is really solid and easy to put together! Only took me about an hour by myself but I did use a drill and have to redo one part because I didn't read the instructions correctly lol. But otherwise really good, super happy with it!!
Me and my partner needed a new bed frame and the Modena has worked out perfectly. Easy 2 person set up (took no less than an hour) and delivered quicker than expected!
Super strong and supportive and have also used the little headboard shelve to put things on.

I used a flat pack assembly gut and it took an hour to assemble. Was quite complicated, so pleased I had help!

Absolutely blown away by the quality - this bed is so sturdy. My only qualm is the slats are slippy, so I needed to add some grippers so the matress wouldn't slide. It doesnt move much, its not dangerous, just to keep it in place. I am so happy with this bed frame!! And so easy to put together!
Keep using mainfreight, my delivery guy was so cheerful on one of the worst weather days. I love the bed, it was quite an exercise to put together and i didnt know i needed a drill, but i managed to borrow one and followed the clear instructions- looks great!
The bed frame is really good, with my mattress it really provided a good and comfortable base for my sleep. And it is very sturdy and solid which gives confidence that it wont just collapse.
Only thing is that the instructions need to be clearer, i spent a lot of time trying to decipher what is going on and I found that it was better not to even rely on it. Please fix it as that is the only thing that is stopping short of me giving it a 5 star
Looks great, Good quality and a smart assembly. My sister in law has a similar one that looks exactly the same but she got hers at a queen size for 1500. Thought this would be a little less sturdy and feel a little tinny but really happy to be wrong. A very nice quality bed!
Very happy with the bed, looks great and construction seems top notch. Didn't read the instruction pamphlet properly and thought I had some incorrect parts. Sent photos to support and they highlighted my mistake with help to fix the issue. All sorted now, so Kudos for great help from the support team, highly recommend this product and the help from Proferlo Furniture.
Great bed, we bought one 6 months ago for our main bedroom and have now just bought this one for our guest bedroom. The bed is stable, and quiet, it doesn't squeak when you move as some other beds do.

You will receive a pickup confirmation email once your order is available for in-store collection. Orders may be collected during our standard pickup hours. Same-day pickup is not available unless explicitly confirmed by our team.
When Should I expect my order to be delivered?
Items that are in stock and ready for dispatch are usually processed within 2 working days(excluding weekends).
Proferlo Furniture partners with trusted third-party courier services to provide efficient and trackable deliveries. All orders are shipped with Track and Trace functionality for visibility and accountability.
Our trusted courier partners are Mainfreight and ONSEND. Customers can contact them directly for enquiries or updates.
Once your order has been processed, please allow up to two working days for it to be collected by the courier. Delivery timeframes commence from the time the courier collects your order from our warehouse.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Auckland region: 2–7 working days
North Island (outside Auckland): 3–10 working days
South Island: 5–15 working days
Rural or remote areas: Up to 20 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity and seasonal demand.
We have a "Ground Floor Policy". The “Ground Floor” refers to the exterior location of your property, such as the front door, carport, or any other outdoor area specified at the time of order.
For apartments or multi-level buildings, it will be at ground level.
For rural addresses, it may be the nearest accessible location as determined by the courier.
If you request delivery beyond the designated delivery point (for example, inside your premises), an additional handling fee may apply. Please contact our customer service team for further information.
Proferlo Furniture will hold sold items in our warehouse for up to 30 days from the date the order becomes available for pickup or delivery. If the order is not collected or delivered within this period, it may be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery within the 30-day period. If both parties mutually agree to extend the pickup date beyond 30 days, a storage fee of 2% of the order value per day may apply.
If the customer is unreachable during the 30-day period, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice, and any associated fees will apply.
Courier Partners
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. If you would like to delay dispatch or arrange delivery for a later date, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Our third party delivery partner will contact you directly when order is ready for pick up or delivery. All goods must be collected or delivery arranged within 14 days of arrival at your local depot.
Any items remaining in storage beyond this period will incur a storage fee of $10.00 per cubic metre (m³) per day, charged from Day 15 onwards until the goods are collected or dispatched.
Most products sold by Proferlo Furniture include a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects unless specified.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Natural wear and tear
Improper use or misuse
Incorrect assembly
Lack of proper care or maintenance
Damage caused by negligence or failure to follow care instructions
Damage resulting from these circumstances is the customer’s responsibility.
The products such as floor model stocks, clearance items, repaired products, or any products having a defect which has been noticed by the customer before making the purchase are NOT applied and covered by the warranty.
Warranty does NOT apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in any humid/strong sunny/extraordinary environment (besides the outdoor furniture).
What if I change my mind and want to return my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Such cancellations will be treated as a change-of-mind return and are subject to the restocking fees outlined below.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you decide the item is not suitable, you may request a full refund or exchange within 7 days of placing your order free of charge. Return and exchange is still available after the 7 days window within 30 days of placing your order, restocking fees apply.
The following restocking fees apply to change-of-mind returns:
100% refund (no restocking fee) For unopened items returned within the 7-day return window.
80% refund (20% restocking fee) For unopened items returned after 7 days but within 30 days of purchase.
60% refund (40% restocking fee) For opened items returned within 30 days of purchase, including:
Products returned without original packaging, even if all components are present
Items that have been fully or partially assembled
Custom-Ordered or Special-Order Products If we have placed a special order or sourced a product specifically on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Do I need to assemble the item myself, or do you offer assembly services?
The majority of furniture products purchased from Proferlo Furniture require assembly. Assembly instructions and necessary hardware are included with the product unless otherwise stated.
Proferlo Furniture offers a professional assembly service for customers who prefer assistance. This service is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance by contacting our customer service team. Pricing may vary depending on the product and assembly complexity.

For pre-order items, we provide an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page or during the checkout process. When your pre-ordered item(s) arrive at our Auckland warehouse, we will notify you by email or phone that they are ready for pickup or delivery.
Important:The ETA shown on the website refers to when the stock is expected toarrive at our Auckland warehouse, not when it will be delivered to you.
