1. Do you deliver products overseas?

We only ship products to domestic consumers inside New Zealand and all currencies are displayed and transacted in New Zealand Dollars.
We currently accept the most secure and popular payment methods such as Credit/Debit Card (Master, Master), PayPal payments, etc.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email notice, which means your order and payment have been received and are being processed. You will also receive an email update with the shipping reference number when your items are ready to ship or have been fulfilled for shipment.
Normally, the order confirmation mail would be sent immediately after placing the order and you should be able to see it in your mailbox right away. If you have not seen it in the mailbox, it is suggested to check your spam/junk mail folders since it would be sometimes blocked or filtered into these folders. To accelerate order processing, please make sure to enter the required info correctly such as email, phone number, and address and can be reachable by phone/email.

If you choose to pick up the product in person, please bring and present your Photo ID, invoice number and your corresponding credit card on the spot while picking it up.

Yes, most of the furniture products are shipped by the flat pack and require assembling. No worry, you will get a clear instruction/manual in the product package. You can also hire a 3rd party to assemble the product for you at your own expense.
