Where and when can I pick up my order?
Pickup Location
All order pickups are at: 1/14 Northside Drive, Westgate, Auckland.
Pickup Hours
Monday to Sunday: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
You will receive a pickup confirmation email once your order is available for in-store collection. Orders may be collected during our standard pickup hours. Same-day pickup is not available unless explicitly confirmed by our team.
When Should I expect my order to be delivered?
Items that are in stock and ready for dispatch are usually processed within 2 working days(excluding weekends).
Proferlo Furniture partners with trusted third-party courier services to provide efficient and trackable deliveries. All orders are shipped with Track and Trace functionality for visibility and accountability.
Our trusted courier partners are Mainfreight and ONSEND. Customers can contact them directly for enquiries or updates.

Once your order has been processed, please allow up to two working days for it to be collected by the courier. Delivery timeframes commence from the time the courier collects your order from our warehouse.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Auckland region: 2–7 working days
- North Island (outside Auckland): 3–10 working days
- South Island: 5–15 working days
- Rural or remote areas: Up to 20 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity and seasonal demand.

Can my order be delivered upstairs?
We have a "Ground Floor Policy". The “Ground Floor” refers to the exterior location of your property, such as the front door, carport, or any other outdoor area specified at the time of order.
- For apartments or multi-level buildings, it will be at ground level.
- For rural addresses, it may be the nearest accessible location as determined by the courier.
If you request delivery beyond the designated delivery point (for example, inside your premises), an additional handling fee may apply. Please contact our customer service team for further information.

Can I order now and pick up or deliver later?
Proferlo Furniture
Proferlo Furniture will hold sold items in our warehouse for up to 30 days from the date the order becomes available for pickup or delivery. If the order is not collected or delivered within this period, it may be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery within the 30-day period. If both parties mutually agree to extend the pickup date beyond 30 days, a storage fee of 2% of the order value per day may apply.
If the customer is unreachable during the 30-day period, the order will be automatically cancelled without further notice, and any associated fees will apply.
Courier Partners
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days. If you would like to delay dispatch or arrange delivery for a later date, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Our third party delivery partner will contact you directly when order is ready for pick up or delivery. All goods must be collected or delivery arranged within 14 days of arrival at your local depot.
Any items remaining in storage beyond this period will incur a storage fee of $10.00 per cubic metre (m³) per day, charged from Day 15 onwards until the goods are collected or dispatched.

What does my warranty cover?
Most products sold by Proferlo Furniture include a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects unless specified.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear and tear
- Improper use or misuse
- Incorrect assembly
- Lack of proper care or maintenance
- Damage caused by negligence or failure to follow care instructions
Damage resulting from these circumstances is the customer’s responsibility.
The products such as floor model stocks, clearance items, repaired products, or any products having a defect which has been noticed by the customer before making the purchase are NOT applied and covered by the warranty.
Warranty does NOT apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in any humid/strong sunny/extraordinary environment (besides the outdoor furniture).

What if I change my mind and want to return my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Such cancellations will be treated as a change-of-mind return and are subject to the restocking fees outlined below.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you decide the item is not suitable, you may request a full refund or exchange within 7 days of placing your order free of charge. Return and exchange is still available after the 7 days window within 30 days of placing your order, restocking fees apply.
The following restocking fees apply to change-of-mind returns:
100% refund (no restocking fee)
For unopened items returned within the 7-day return window.
80% refund (20% restocking fee)
For unopened items returned after 7 days but within 30 days of purchase.
60% refund (40% restocking fee)
For opened items returned within 30 days of purchase, including:
- Products returned without original packaging, even if all components are present
- Items that have been fully or partially assembled
Custom-Ordered or Special-Order Products
If we have placed a special order or sourced a product specifically on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Customers should inspect all items before signing the courier delivery slip.
If the packaging shows visible damage, do not accept the delivery. The courier will return it to us for investigation.
If Damage Is Found After Delivery
If you accept delivery and later discover damage:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
Our customer care team will assist you promptly.
Claims May Be Rejected If
- The delivery was signed for without noting visible damage
- Delivery was authorised without signature
- Damage was reported more than 48 hours after delivery

Do I need to assemble the item myself, or do you offer assembly services?
The majority of furniture products purchased from Proferlo Furniture require assembly. Assembly instructions and necessary hardware are included with the product unless otherwise stated.
Proferlo Furniture offers a professional assembly service for customers who prefer assistance. This service is available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance by contacting our customer service team. Pricing may vary depending on the product and assembly complexity.
Our assembly service is currently available within the Auckland metro area only. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please contact our customer service team before booking the service.

When can I expect to receive my pre-order items?
For pre-order items, we provide an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page or during the checkout process. When your pre-ordered item(s) arrive at our Auckland warehouse, we will notify you by email or phone that they are ready for pickup or delivery.
Important:The ETA shown on the website refers to when the stock is expected toarrive at our Auckland warehouse, not when it will be delivered to you.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you have two delivery options:
Single Delivery (Default): Wait to receive all items in one shipment, with only one delivery fee applied.
Split Delivery: Receive in-stock items first and pre-order items later.
Note: Split deliveries may incur additional shipping fees if the original shipping fee does not cover multiple shipments. Customers must contact our team to arrange this before proceeding.
