Rotate mattress 180° every 3–6 months for even wear
Place on a sturdy bed base for proper support
Vacuum regularly to remove dust and allergens
Spot clean spills immediately with mild soap and water (don’t soak)
Air out mattress every few months to keep it fresh
Avoid standing or jumping on the mattress
Keep in a dry, well-ventilated room to prevent mould
Change bedding regularly for hygiene
